Job summary

This hands-on role operates within structured environments where smooth delivery and time management matter, with Hybrid working: onsite typically 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects in a similar role.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Confident using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com).
• Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A recognised qualification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through to delivery and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Build and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, and keep them accountable.
• Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings.
• Manage changes to scope, cost, or schedule using a clear change control process.
• Run project meetings such as kick-offs, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving project processes.
