Job summary

PA Consulting Group is hiring a Delivery Manager to support its Major Programme Services in the UK. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of complex products and services for public sector clients, including defence, with a strong emphasis on agile delivery.

This client-facing role offers a hybrid work model, with on-site collaboration and opportunities for formal qualifications and career progression within PA's Centre of Excellence for project

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in agile delivery consulting or related roles.
• Experience working in public sector or with public sector clients; defence considered.
• Experience and knowledge of estimating, scoping and delivering products, services, and outcomes using delivery techniques.
• Experience in technical/engineering projects using Agile Delivery methods.
• Project management or project controls methodologies desirable.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present complex information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for UK clients on complex products and services.
• Set teams up for success, support problem solving and planning.
• Be client-facing, use metrics to inform clients about team delivery.
• Drive high throughput and continuous improvement in delivery teams.
• Develop delivery expertise through on-the-job learning and formal qualifications.
