Qualifications

• We do not require extensive experience; training and mentoring will be provided.
• A recent degree in any discipline is acceptable with a willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and coordination across public sector client accounts.
• Maintain project trackers, onboarding records, action logs, and reporting documentation.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing minutes and actions.
• Support resource coordination, onboarding activities, and timesheet/project administration.
• Help manage project and account reporting, including dashboards and delivery metrics.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
• Support compliance activities relating to public sector requirements and documentation.
