Qualifications

• Proven experience managing tenders and contracts from start to finish.
• Hands-on use of eProcurement tools and purchasing platforms.
• Experience driving best practice in procurement processes and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurements adhere to Government regulations regarding the advertising and publishing of opportunities.
• Follow defined best-practice procurement processes to maximise use of e-Procurement systems.
• Develop relationships with internal partners to understand local market conditions and deliver value.
• Independently prepare pre-tender and tender documents through the full procurement lifecycle.
• Support the Procurement Manager with ad-hoc and strategic activities.
• Support implementing best practices into procurement operations and service transformation.
