Job summary

You will lead complex procurements, mentor staff, and drive best practices in e-Procurement with stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end tendering (above/below threshold).
• Knowledge of government regulations on advertising opportunities.
• Familiar with e-Procurement systems and policy adherence.
• Ability to develop service specifications and contract terms for tenders.
• Experience with audit trails, governance, and value-for-money analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the development and management of end-to-end below and above threshold tendering processes.
• Ensure procurements adhere to Government regulations regarding advertising and publishing opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to best-practice procurement processes and policies to maximise use of e-Procurement systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop service specifications and contract terms for tenders.
• Maintain audit trails, governance, and due diligence with value-for-money analysis.
• Support the Head of Procurement with ad-hoc strategic activities.
• Foster a culture of accountability and customer service aligned with business objectives.
• Support implementing best practices in procurement operations and service transformation.
