You will lead governance, develop KPIs, publish the annual Business Plan, and build a high-performing team while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the Midlands public sector.

• Define and embed planning and performance standards across the organisation.
• Monitor delivery progress, resource capacity and organisational performance.
