Michael Page is seeking an Interim Business Planning Partner to work with stakeholders across the Public Sector in the Midlands. You will ensure plans align to strategic objectives, provide governance, and deliver robust performance insights to support decision-making.

This role involves developing integrated plans, advising on planning and gateway requirements, and delivering timely performance reporting with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business planning and performance management methodologies.
• Significant planning and performance reporting experience with a relevant qualification.
• Ability to think strategically and systemically.
• Experience providing strategic and operational advice to enable planning and performance reporting.
• Experience working within a project environment.
• Confident applying planning and performance measurement skills.
• Able to build collaborative relationships.
• Able to coach senior leaders to develop planning and performance capability.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Comfort with digital/data technologies to manage performance information.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain integrated plans covering deliverables, resources, capabilities and dependencies.
• Provide planning, governance and performance reporting support for informed decision-making.
• Support gateway reviews and change requests, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Partner with delivery leads and sponsors to align plans and reporting.
• Ensure plans and reporting are accurate, up-to-date and transparent.
• Facilitate assessments of demand, capacity, capability, risks and impacts.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and reporting practices.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure governance compliance.
