Job summary

VANRATH is partnering with a well-established Public Sector Organisation in Greater Belfast to appoint a Marketing & Campaigns lead on an initial 6-month contract. The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovative marketing initiatives with measurable impact.

You will lead a team, shape content across digital and print, manage agency partners, and optimise campaigns to attract more visitors. Immediate start and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience leading marketing campaigns in a similar environment.
• Relevant degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field(s)
• Proven knowledge of creative production processes including design and print management
• Expertise in digital marketing including social media strategy and paid advertising
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading, with strong communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, insight-driven marketing campaigns to promote the organisation and increase visitor numbers
• Oversee the creation of content for digital and print channels, ensuring consistency with brand tone
• Manage relationships with media agencies, partners, and suppliers to optimise campaign delivery and effectiveness
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
• Monitor performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and optimise future strategies
• Attend events and produce real-time social media content to enhance audience engagement
