Job summary

Phoenix Software, a leading UK IT solutions provider, is seeking a Framework Manager to maximise value from public-sector framework agreements. The role requires governance, documentation, and supplier relationship management across multiple frameworks.

You will build Power BI dashboards, monitor compliance, and support bids and commercial teams with guidance. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, commercially minded, and experienced in frameworks, contracts, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Highly analytical and commercially minded; able to translate complex requirements into practical guidance.
• Experience managing frameworks, contracts, procurement, bids, or compliance activities.
• Advanced Power BI and reporting skills are essential for visibility and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Phoenix's framework agreements, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Maintain framework documentation, contracts, certifications, and audit-ready records.
• Monitor obligations, renewals, reporting requirements, and compliance deadlines.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to show framework performance, utilisation, revenue, and opportunities.
• Produce management information for senior leadership, identifying trends and risks.
• Support bid, sales, and commercial teams with framework guidance and compliance.
