Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice to line managers on employee relations policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Deliver ER advice via telephone support, direct assistance, and written documentation.
• Maintain an ER project plan and report deviations to management.
• Produce timely reports for stakeholders, including the Joint Partnership Group.
• Conduct research to support project delivery and liaise with internal departments to update ER policies.
