Softcat is recruiting a Data, Automation & AI Specialist in Birmingham to join our Specialist Sales team. You will advise on data strategy, automation tools and AI-driven solutions to public sector clients, collaborating with Account Managers to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on data strategy, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions.
• Help customers align technology with business outcomes using Softcat's framework.
• Lead discussions around data platforms, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in AI, automation, and data platforms.
• Support high-value Public Sector organisations in account strategy and delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver rich customer experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Work closely with Oakland to drive services sales.
• Coordinate with Professional Services and Managed Services for implementation and ongoing support.
