You will identify problems, explore options, and work with stakeholders to design and test improvements, with SC clearance as a possibility.

The role involves applying structured approaches, modelling business processes, and ensuring solutions align with user needs and policy constraints, with opportunities to contribute to service

Qualifications

• Identify, explore and analyse business problems and objectives and user needs
• Understand the public sector domain, people, organisation, processes and technology
• Conduct options analysis and feasibility studies
• Ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements and user needs
• Support the implementation of proposed business improvements
• Define and manage requirements throughout lifecycle
• Tailor communication to stakeholders and build consensus
• Identify IT system capabilities and design system requirements

• Delivery of good public services for users with clients, shown through relevant measures, for example, data, metrics, KPIs or the passing of service standards
• Personal performance aligned with DDaT and grade, evidenced through peer feedback
