Job summary

EY in Birmingham is seeking a FMT Bid Coordinator for a 15-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate bids, manage procurement portals and support bid teams through the full tender lifecycle from receipt to submission.

You will report to the FMT Operations Manager and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely responses, adherence to SLAs, and effective procurement processes in a dynamic public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bids across government frameworks.
• Familiarity with procurement portals and tender systems.
• Willingness to obtain BPSS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid submissions and manage tender timelines.
• Support the Tender Management System and EYDelivers usage.
• Liaise with clients, account teams and Pursuits Teams to resolve queries.
• Maintain process guides and contribute to continuous improvement.
