Job summary

Ernst & Young (EY) in Birmingham is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support Frameworks Management Team. You will coordinate tenders, manage procurement portals and assist bid teams through the full tender lifecycle from receipt to submission and outcome.

You will ensure timely responses, maintain portals, and support stakeholders across EY’s Frameworks portfolio while learning new systems and improving processes. Based in Birmingham, this role is a 15 Month FTC.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting bid coordination or procurement processes.
• Understanding UK public sector procurement and frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Track opportunities through the full bid lifecycle from receipt to outcome.
• Manage the Tender Management System and client/account team communications.
• Coordinate bid submissions on client portals and protect submission deadlines.
• Handle clarification questions and portal updates across procurement portals.
• Build knowledge of UK Government frameworks and procurement processes.
