Job summary

Parico is seeking a strategic Law Enforcement & Emergency Services Business Development Director to drive growth across the UK Public Sector. The role focuses on developing robust customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering against ambitious order intake targets.

You will engage senior stakeholders, shape innovative solutions, and lead end-to-end business development with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven success in driving growth in law enforcement, emergency services, or related public sector.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.
• Experience with end-to-end business development in complex public sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a credible pipeline to meet annual order commitments.
• Leverage an established network across UK law enforcement and emergency services to identify opportunities.
• Lead qualification, shaping solutions, and contract award processes as required.
• Forecast and manage opportunities using CRM with clear visibility of pipeline.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align offerings with customer needs and Parico strategy.
• Represent Parico as a trusted advisor to customers and partners at senior levels.
