A look into the role


As an Audit Assistant Manager in our Public Sector Audit service line, you will:

  • Have excellent knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102
  • Possess extensive experience with audit software and Microsoft packages
  • Show genuine interest in our clients, with confidence in discussing business challenges and needs
  • Maintain and develop your technical knowledge to facilitate and lead valuable client discussions

Knowing you're right for us


The minimum requirements are a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA) with post-qualification experience and confidence managing a large portfolio of audit clients. Desired skills include:

  • Experience managing audits of public sector bodies and handling complex technical matters
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with IFRS and auditing listed companies is beneficial
  • Extensive experience with audit software and Microsoft packages
