Job summary

Kainos is seeking an experienced AI & Data Pre-Sales Lead to accelerate the growth of our AI business across the UK Public Sector, identifying strategic opportunities and shaping compelling solution strategies. You will work closely with client groups, sales teams and delivery specialists to position AI capabilities for meaningful public sector impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior client-facing AI, data, digital transformation or technology consulting.
• Strong ability to understand, shape and explain AI can be applied safely and effectively in complex environments.
• Experience shaping AI-led opportunities and leading solution-focused pre-sales engagements.
• Experience leading technical responses to bids and procurements in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution shaping of strategic AI and data opportunities across the UK Public Sector.
• Own and lead the technical and solution response for strategic bids and procurements.
• Coordinate bid reviews, challenge assumptions and ensure deliverability throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Support and lead client presentations, demonstrations and market engagement activities.
