Job summary

Kainos is hiring an experienced AI & Data Pre-Sales Lead to accelerate growth of its AI business across the UK Public Sector. The role is senior, client-facing and market-facing, shaping AI-led opportunities and defining compelling solution strategies.

You will work with client group directors, sales leads and delivery specialists to ensure practical, responsible AI adoption and measurable public outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior client-facing AI, data, digital transformation or technology consulting.
• Strong technical expertise in AI solutions and ability to explain how AI applies in complex environments.
• Experience shaping AI-led opportunities and leading solution-focused pre-sales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and solution shaping of strategic AI opportunities for the UK Public Sector.
• Own and lead technical responses for bids, ITTs, RFPs and procurements.
• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops and solution definition activities with clients.
• Develop AI solution strategies aligning client objectives with public outcomes and commercial value.
• Support presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept and market engagement activities.
