Job summary

Salesforce UK Limited is seeking an Account Executive to drive new and existing customer growth within the UK Public Sector Transport vertical. You will identify, develop, and close deals, partnering with multilevel stakeholders to achieve digital transformation objectives and deliver customer value.

You will work with cross-functional teams to map customer needs, craft strategic proposals, and execute end-to-end sales cycles with MEDDIC-based qualification and robust forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Exec in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of UK Transport ecosystem and the complexities involved with organisations.
• Complex, strategic selling with multi-stakeholder engagement and C-level interaction.
• Ability to articulate value propositions tailored to enterprise customer needs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in data and AI technologies and applying them to customer AI strategies.
• Proven pipeline generation and relationship-building to drive opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads for all Salesforce products and services.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior customer stakeholders and understand their digital transformation challenges.
• Position Salesforce solutions to address customers’ needs and drive business growth.
• Create compelling presentations and proposals communicating the value of Salesforce Digital solutions.
• Lead internal virtual teams to build roadmaps and align with sales processes.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle and apply MEDDIC to qualify opportunities at each stage.
• Negotiate and close deals, secure new business and expand customer relationships.
• Lead a pipeline of opportunities with accurate forecasting.
