Lawes Consulting Group in Manchester is seeking an organised, client-focused Account Handler to support the day-to-day servicing of Public Sector clients and build insurance knowledge. You will support renewals, underwriting information gathering and client documentation, while maintaining high service standards.

The Public Sector team is fast-paced and collaborative, offering opportunities to learn, progress and pursue Cert CII qualification through practical experience and coaching.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an insurance, financial services or client service environment is desirable.
• Willingness to develop technical insurance knowledge toward Cert CII.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Strong client service skills with a professional, helpful and responsive approach.
• Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to build relationships.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day servicing of Public Sector clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist renewal preparation and coordination, gathering underwriting information and terms.
• Process mid-term adjustments, policy queries and insurer correspondence.
• Communicate clearly with clients, insurers and colleagues and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate client records, policy documents and internal systems.
• Apply regulatory and internal policy requirements and escalate issues.
• Own workload, prioritise tasks and meet renewal, service and compliance deadlines.
• Build technical knowledge through training and practical experience.
