Job summary

Experian is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a portfolio of Public Sector customers, building trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and driving retention and growth. You will coordinate across Experian's data, analytics, identity and software teams to deliver integrated public sector solutions and manage procurement processes.

The role emphasizes strategic account management, cross‑selling and a strong emphasis on delivering customer value across government

Qualifications

Extensive experience managing Public Sector customer accounts with sales results.
Strong understanding of Public Sector buying processes and procurement environments.
Track record of retaining and growing complex customer relationships.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders within public sector organisations.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of Public Sector customers as the primary commercial contact.
Drive organic growth through upselling and cross‑selling Experian's data and software solutions.
Coordinate multi‑unit teams to deliver integrated public sector solutions.
Navigate procurement processes and manage renewals, extensions and variations.
Deliver revenue retention and pipeline forecasting with proactive risk management.
