You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to convert complex operational challenges into compelling demonstrations and credible solutions, enhancing public safety outcomes on a larger stage.

Qualifications

• Strong workforce planning or resource management experience.
• Credibility when talking to Public Safety organisations.
• Confidence engaging with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity, problem-solving ability and strong communication skills.
• The ability to take complex operational challenges and make them easy to understand.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational and workforce management challenges for police and emergency services.
• Run discovery workshops and customer conversations.
• Deliver engaging software demonstrations.
• Translate complex requirements into practical solution stories.
• Support bids, proposals and major transformation programmes.
• Work alongside Sales, Product, Delivery and Commercial teams to shape credible solutions.
