Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde invites applications for a Public Protection Learning and Education Trainer. You will deliver high quality multidisciplinary training across NHSGGC, helping to shape a robust training strategy informed by legislation and best practices.

You will be based at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, delivering in-person and online training. A first-level clinical qualification and at least three years’ post-registration experience are required; postgraduate qualification

Qualifications

• This role requires teaching experience and knowledge of national policy on public protection.
• Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and leading learning outcomes.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and across services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality public protection training across NHSGGC.
• Identify staff training needs and develop a training strategy informed by guidance.
• Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary training initiatives and evaluations.
