Job summary

You will maintain and enhance public outdoor spaces, including parks and green areas, to ensure they are safe, clean, and visually appealing for residents and visitors.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a solid understanding of health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Good standard of English, written and verbal.
• Full UK driving licence; experience driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine grounds maintenance including grass cutting.
• Perform hedge trimming, pruning and vegetation control.
• Litter picking to keep areas clean.
• Edge, spray and weed control per guidelines.
• Operate and maintain horticultural tools.
• Ensure tasks meet Health & Safety regulations.
• Support wider team to maintain high standards.
