Job summary

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Consultation, Engagement and Accessibility Officer to strengthen links between service delivery and residents’ needs. You will work with the lead officer on consultations, co-design initiatives and engagement activities across the Council’s services.

The role focuses on producing, developing and implementing the Public Engagement and Consultation Framework, and supporting active involvement, coproduction and performance-informed planning

Responsibilities

• Support the lead officer on consultation and stakeholder engagement on behalf of the Council.
• Develop and implement the Public Engagement and Consultation Framework and strategies and support the delivery of community and wider stakeholder consultations, engagement and coproduction.
