Job summary

Tate is seeking an experienced Community Engagement Manager to lead and develop resident and community engagement services, ensuring local voices are reflected in service delivery and decision-making.

You will lead the Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement Strategy, drive city-wide engagement initiatives, and manage a high-performing team while building strong partnerships with key organisations across sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of community engagement, resident involvement and volunteering.
• Strong understanding of housing legislation and best practice.
• Experience of leading teams and delivering service improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and community development.
