Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to ensure excellent customer care.
• Following all statutory and legal regulatory requirements during repairs.
• Responding promptly to all enquiries.
• Following planned preventative maintenance programmes.
• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors.
• Performing routine inspections and maintenance of property assets, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, ensuring optimal operation.
• Recording utility meter readings and monitoring daily usage to support accurate utility cost recording.
