Job summary

Beaverbrook Estate is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep all public areas clean and tidy, ensuring the best experience for members and guests.

You will work 24 hours per week across 3 days out of 5 with shifts from 14:00 to 22:30. Salary is £15,890 per annum, plus troncs. Beaverbrook offers development, benefits and opportunities for long-term career growth within a first-class hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep public areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Adhere to all statutory requirements regarding H&S, Food Hygiene, Fire and Employee regulations.
• Support Directors and Managers in tasks beyond day-to-day remit to aid delivery and guest experience.
• Represent Beaverbrook at all times with high standards of appearance, behaviour and communication.
• Deliver professionalism and excellent customer service when dealing with visitors and guests.

Job description

We are hiring a fulltime Public Area Attendant to keep all public areas across the Estate clean and tidy, in order to ensure the best experience for our members and their guests.

What you'll be doing

• Keeping your work area clean and tidy at all times
• Ensuring that self and others adhere to all statutory requirements regarding H&S, Food Hygiene, Fire and Employee regulations.
• Working as one team and support Directors and Managers in carrying out tasks that might fall outside of your day to day remit, to support delivery and guest experience
• Represent Beaverbrook at all time, in and outside of the working environment, to the highest standards; considering personal dress, appearance, behaviour and communication.
• Execute the highest level of professionalism and customer service when dealing with internal and external visitors and guests.

Shift Pattern

• Our ideal candidate will work 24 hours per week, 3 days out of 5.
• Shifts will consist of the following hours: 14:00pm - 22:30pm.

Salary: £15,890 per annum, plus tronc
