Beaverbrook, a historic private estate in Surrey, seeks a driven Gardener with garden maintenance experience to develop skills across a 400 acre site. The garden includes herbaceous borders, ornamental beds, Italian and kitchen gardens, lawns and woodland areas.
Driving licence and practical plant knowledge are desirable. The role offers a salary of £28,000 per year, 28 days annual leave, and a comprehensive development program.
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a driven and dynamic Gardener with garden maintenance experience, keen to continue to develop their gardening skills on a historic, 400 acre private estate in Surrey. The beautiful 25 acre garden is made up of herbaceous and mixed borders with a vast array of ornamental species including a Mediterranean garden and a prairie border, Italian garden, kitchen garden, lawns, wildflower meadows and woodland areas.
Applicants for this role will ideally have either experience working in a private estate garden or hold a horticultural qualification (NVQ or similar) or both. We also believe in providing professional development opportunities to employees in the early stages of their career who demonstrate the right attitude and commitment.
Candidates will have experience with general garden maintenance including mowing, weeding, strimming and hedge cutting. In addition, candidates will have good practical skills, be hands-on, and have with reasonable plant knowledge.

£28,000 per annum, plus tronc
