Job summary

Marston’s in Oswestry is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team. You’ll lead and motivate the team to deliver everyday moments and standout occasions with a cheerful, guest-focused service.

You’ll open and close, manage stock and cash, and collaborate with the pub management team to run the business efficiently. We value initiative and provide a clear path for progression through our internal DNA career pathway.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.

Responsibilities

• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
