Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our lively team at a busy pub. You will lead a team, ensure excellent guest experiences, and partner with the management team to keep operations efficient and profitable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team.
• Strong customer service mindset and role modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Work with the pub management team to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Oversee opening/closing, stock, and cashing up; ensure smooth shifts when senior management are away.
