Marston's seeks a Supervisor to lead a busy pub team, delivering memorable guest experiences and driving profitable operations. You’ll open/close, manage stock and cash, and act as a role model for service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Experience in a pub environment is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Open and close the pub, manage stock and cashing up.
• Ensure smooth shift operations in absence of senior management.
• Be a role model for customer service and initiative.
