Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in a lively pub environment. You’ll lead and support the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, balancing busy, varied shifts with a fun, people-first culture.

You’ll manage opening/closing, stock, and cash, act as a role model for service, and drive continuous improvement across shifts, with clear progression toward Assistant Manager through our internal pathway.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
