Job summary

Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable Pub Supervisor to lead shift teams and ensure daily pub operations run smoothly. You will work with the pub management team to drive efficiency and profitability, while modelling excellent customer service and cash handling during opening and closing duties.

The role offers flexible/part-time hours with progression opportunities through our internal DNA pathway toward Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader.
• Strong customer service focus and front-line leadership.
• Cash handling and till operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
