Haven at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Exmouth is hiring a Pub Shift Leader to guide JD Wetherspoon shifts, ensuring smooth operations and top guest service. You’ll lead the team, monitor food quality, and uphold safety and hygiene standards while delivering a warm, welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as hospitality Shift Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor in a restaurant, bar, pub or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented, especially when handling food orders.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team by assigning tasks and managing workflow.
