You’ll ensure compliance with health and safety standards, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires visible leadership, effective communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends across our coastal venues.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in hospitality with team coaching and performance management.
• Strong guest service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, and health and safety compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pub environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
