Job summary

Pub & Social - Bra_202 is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a busy pub, leading by example to ensure customers and teams have a great time.

You will support the General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and develop the team, and maintain safety and service quality on shifts. You’ll bring energy, communication and leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Strong organisation, the ability to think on your feet during busy periods, and a passion for hospitality are essential.
