• Delivering a brilliant guest experience primarily in the Pub and Grill and supporting other Food and Beverage departments when busy.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, knowledge of drinks and food menus, and section prep.
• Identify opportunities to add value, resolve issues on the spot, and contribute to guest satisfaction and hotel profitability.
