Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to drive shift performance and lead floor operations with high-energy pre-shift briefings as part of the Duty Management Team.

You will own the Pub and Grill area, oversee stock levels and wage costs, and support colleagues across F&B during peak times to protect EBITDA.

You will champion the local buzz, run social outreach, and mentor the team to deliver memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Leadership: Running the shift and delivering high-energy pre-shift briefings as part of the Duty Management Team.
• The Commercial Drive: Managing stock levels to strict par lines, authorising voids safely, and helping control wage costs to protect EBITDA.
• The Local Buzz: Acting as social media champion, running localised outreach, and building a calendar of online content to push top Trip Advisor status.
• The People: Coaching the team on the floor, turning product knowledge into passion, and training new starters.
