Village is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Member for UK shifts, with the ability to support other Food and Beverage areas as needed. You’ll help create memorable guest experiences, read customers, and welcome guests like they’re in your own home.

You are the engine of the shift, taking pride in the bar, menus, and hygiene, while boosting guest satisfaction and hotel profitability through proactive service and smart upselling. This role values energy and teamwork above perfection.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, but confidently floating across other Food and Beverage departments to support colleagues when busy.
• Maintaining pride in your bar, understanding the drinks and food menus, and upholding hygiene standards for a smooth shift.
• Resolving guest issues promptly on the spot and suggesting extra items to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.
