Job summary

Heritage - Bra_208 is seeking a General Manager to lead operations of a busy pub, setting standards, developing the team, and delivering memorable guest experiences from the moment customers arrive.

You’ll work with the management team to grow sales, recruit and coach staff, uphold brand standards, manage safety and allergen controls, and, if needed, pursue a personal license to operate.

Qualifications

• Very high standards and attention to detail in all aspects of the day-to-day running of a pub.
• Great communication and leadership skills.
• Business savvy with a keen eye for P&L control.
• Embrace individuality and care for others, the pub and the environment.
• Previous GM experience desirable; hospitality, retail or other fast-paced background.
• Keen to learn and succeed at new things.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities
