• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example to bring the Greene King brand to life through your team.
• Recruit and develop your team to deliver great customer experiences.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Be prepared to obtain a personal license if required.
