Greene King is seeking a General Manager to lead a site, grow pub sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, develop and mentor your team, uphold brand standards and safety, and drive commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage P&L and drive sales.
• Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop teams.
• Understanding of brand standards and safety compliance.
• Fluent English with good written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example and bring the Greene King brand to life through your team.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Pursue or maintain a personal licence to operate the venue.
