Greene King is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy pub, grow sales, and deliver a warm welcome to guests. You’ll lead by example, develop your team, and ensure brand standards are met while maintaining safe, compliant operations.

You’ll recruit and coach staff, manage P&L, and work with the management team to drive community-focused events. A personal license is preferred or obtainable; the role offers a competitive salary and bonus potential.
