Job summary

Greene King is seeking a General Manager to lead a pub business, develop the team, and create a welcoming environment for customers. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and ensure safe operations while building a capable team.

You will need strong leadership, a sharp focus on P&L, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting. A personal license may be required or pursued.

Qualifications

• High standards and attention to detail in day-to-day pub operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with people management experience.
• Business acumen with focus on P&L control and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example and bring the brand to life through the team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure knowledge to delight customers.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Acquire or hold a personal license if required.
