Job summary

JD Wetherspoon Plc is seeking a cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across all pub areas. The role offers flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes, with on-the-job training and opportunities for progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Proof of right to work
• Bank account in your name
• Able to converse in English and understand training
• Fixed residence within reasonable travelling distance
• Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff, and outside spaces
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks following procedures
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify manager when stock is low
• Interact politely with customers and greet, thank and bid farewell
• Complete induction and ongoing refresher training and contribute to improvements
