Job summary

Metro Pubs is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering great experiences for customers and teams in a busy pub environment. You will lead by example, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

You will train and develop staff, uphold brand standards and safety, and help run daily operations with a focus on quality service. This role is based on site and offers career development opportunities.
