Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Stafford. You will lead the pub team on shifts, drive guest experiences, and support the General Manager to achieve financial and business KPIs.

You’ll be accountable for operations when deputising for the GM and contribute to upholding brand standards while developing your career through the Aspire programme to progress toward a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub/restaurant team in a branded environment.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong focus on achieving financial KPIs and business targets.
