Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Harrogate Inn, Harrogate, Yorkshire. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, and ensure the inn operates smoothly, delivering the highest standards of hospitality.

You will work closely with the GM to manage daily duties, supervise staff, and maintain a welcoming, efficient environment for guests and colleagues alike. Strong hospitality background and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or guest services.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain standards.
• Hands-on approach and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to ensure the Inn feels like a home away from home for guests.
• Lead the team to deliver company standards and daily operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including stocktake, ordering, and accounts management.
• Hands-on and approachable leadership, fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
• Coordinate with Chefs, Management and Suppliers; handle guest responses and occasional sleepovers.
