Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Peterborough is seeking a passionate Gym Supervisor to monitor gym activities and deliver an exceptional member experience seven days a week. This combined role also involves leading our Personal Training Team and supporting group classes.

You will inspire members to reach goals with strong customer service and communication skills, while helping foster an inclusive, thriving fitness community and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 CIMSPA requirement.
• Passionate about health and fitness with the ability to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Previous experience in the fitness industry.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.

As Gym Supervisor, y ou will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week .

This is a combined role where you will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes .

About you :

As Gym Supervisor :

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Have a passion about customer service.
